Citizens for Responsible Growth v. City of St. Pete Beach, 2D06-550
In a dispute over whether a city's electorate should be given the opportunity to vote for or against amendments to a municipal charter that would require voter approval for certain changes to the city's land use and community development plans, the court finds that the proposed amendments are neither facially unconstitutional nor unconstitutional in their entirety and should be presented to the city's electorate.
