Ross v. Agency for Health Care Admin., 3d05-1626

Trial court's allocation to defendant agency of the entire amount of health care expenses paid by the agency after plaintiff's settlement with a third party in a wrongful death suit is affirmed where plaintiff did not have the right to allocate the settlement funds in such a manner that the Agency would receive less than the full amount of its expenditures for medical assistance.
