Ferreiro v. State, 3d04-2213

Convictions for sexual battery on a child under twelve are affirmed where the court did not err in admitting hearsay statements of the victim since the sources of the statements were trustworthy, and voir dire limitations were reasonable since they restricted further references to the facts of the case.
