An equitable distribution of marital assets in dissolution proceedings is affirmed in part and reversed in part where the trial court correctly distributed a joint tax refund, but abused its discretion by distributing equally capital loss carry forwards resulting from capital losses incurred by S corporations, partnerships, and trusts owned by the former spouses.
