District Court of Appeal of Florida

Carroll v. Carroll, 4D05-4564

An award of temporary attorney's fees to a wife is affirmed where a failure to place the parties' financial affidavits in evidence, while technically improper, was waived by the lack of a contemporaneous objection when the wife's counsel argued extensively as to their contents at a hearing.
