Hillier v. City of Plantation, 4D05-3065

An order denying a petition for writ of mandamus and complaint for injunctive relief in which plaintiff claimed that a municipality had denied his access to its public documents is affirmed where plaintiff was given ample opportunity to review and object to a proposed final judgment which was adopted by the trial court, and the trial court's ruling as to the denial of access was supported by competent, substantial evidence.
