Alois v. Alois, 4D05-1964

A post-decretal order requiring a former wife to pay child support of $786 per month, plus a share of the children's medical expenses and private school tuition, and calculating an arrearage is reversed and remanded with directions where the trial court failed to properly consider the overall financial situation of the parties, calculated the arrearage from an incorrect date, and former wife was unable to pay the amount of child support ordered by the court and still maintain a reasonable standard of living.
