Summary judgment dismissing plaintiff's actions against the issuer of a bond involving payment for the installation of a fire protection system is affirmed where a construction payment bond issued by defendant was a statutory bond that comported with Florida Statutes section 713.23, and, because plaintiff failed to provide the required statutory notice of nonpayment, it could not recover under the bond.
