A judgment on costs in favor of plaintiffs in a declaratory action against their neighbor over the status of a piece of property located between the parties' homes is affirmed where defendant, who had prevailed on her affirmative defenses, failed to provide a hearing transcript for purposes of reviewing her claim that costs for an expert witness should have been awarded.
