Alfred v. State, 3d04-2194

Conviction for second degree murder is affirmed where: 1) defendant did not object to the use of inflammatory terms in witness testimony; 2) any error in a photo line-up identification was harmless; and 3) a curative instruction and denial of defendant's motion for mistrial were within the trial court's discretion.
