State of Florida v. Pinault, 4D06-995

A petition for certiorari review of a nonfinal order in a pending criminal prosecution denying admission of child hearsay evidence at defendant's trial is granted where the trial court's ruling that a hearsay statement was inadmissible based on the Confrontation Clause represented a departure from the essential requirements of law.
