Pendergrass v. R.D. Michaels, Inc., 4D05-1598

Summary judgment determining that defendant-employers are entitled to workers' compensation immunity for a job accident which killed an employee is affirmed where the evidence did not show that the employer deliberately intended to injure the decedent or engaged in conduct substantially certain to cause injury or death.
