Rhoden v. State of Florida, 2D04-2069

Denial of a motion to suppress in a prosecution for resisting law enforcement officers without violence, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia is reversed pursuant to a claim that law enforcement officers lacked reasonable suspicion to conduct a "Terry Stop" and lacked probable cause to detain defendant.
