District Court of Appeal of Florida

An award of attorney's fees and costs against plaintiff in an automobile negligence case, based on a rejected proposal for settlement, is reversed where the proposal for settlement was rendered invalid by a discrepancy as to the settlement amount, and thus the proposal did not support an award of attorney's fees under the offer of judgment statute.
