Ingram v. State of Florida, 2D05-5095

An adjudication for contempt of court and a sentence of six months' incarceration is reversed where defendant was entitled to an attorney during his criminal contempt hearing, he did not have one, and it was undisputed that he was never advised of, and did not knowingly waive, his right to counsel.
