An order dismissing petitioner's mandamus petition challenging an order of indigency is reversed to the extent that it ordered the Department of Corrections to impose a lien on petitioner's inmate trust account and to withdraw and forward money maintained in the account pursuant to Florida Statutes section 57.085, as such order was not statutorily authorized.
