Yakavonis v. Dolphin Petroleum, Inc., 4D05-3653

In a negligence suit, a judgment awarding attorney's fees to a defendant pursuant to Florida Statutes section 57.105(1) is affirmed in part as to a decision to impose attorney's fees from the beginning of the defendant's involvement in the litigation, and reversed in part since attorney's fees are not available for time spent litigating the amount of fees to be awarded.
