A petition for writ of mandamus seeking to require the a county sheriff's department to return funds to him seized as part of a drug trafficking investigation is denied where a court order forfeiting the money to the sheriff's department pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act defeated petitioner's claim to the money.
