In a juvenile delinquency proceeding, a petition for certiorari review of an order committing a child to the Department of Children and Families for the purposes of restoring competency is granted and the order reversed where the trial court's findings were not supported by the reports of at least two experts, and thus, the order departed from the essential requirements of the law.
