District Court of Appeal of Florida

Hill v. State of Florida, 1D05-3657

A conviction for armed robbery is reversed pursuant to a claim that the trial court erred in allowing the state to present evidence that defendant had confessed to several unrelated robberies since the record did not support a conclusion that defendant opened the door to the presentation of the evidence, and it was not otherwise relevant to any issue in the case.
