District Court of Appeal of Florida

In a suit arising from injuries sustained by plaintiff in a drunk driving accident, summary judgment for defendant, a bar at which the drunk driver had consumed alcohol, is reversed where there were issues of fact as to a violation of Florida Statutes section 768.125 since there was evidence that the bar served the individual a substantial amount of alcohol on multiple occasions.
