A judgment transferring to plaintiff the ownership of patent and intellectual property rights to pharmaceutical compounds developed by defendants, and vacating an earlier final judgment that had awarded those rights to defendants is reversed over a claim that the earlier judgment was void because it was entered without notice to one of the two defendants in that litigation.
