District Court of Appeal of Florida

In an action alleging that plaintiffs paid a deposit for installment of a new roof on their home and that defendant failed to perform, denial of defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed where neither the complaint nor an attached letter contained any allegations which could have made defendant personally subject to the jurisdiction of a Florida court.
