Glenney v. Forman, 4D05-1965

Dismissal of a complaint against a court clerk for negligence and false arrest is reversed where defendant's duty to plaintiff became a special duty to act non-negligently once the clerk's office became aware of a mistake in naming her as a criminal defendant in a matter in which she was the victim, and failed to correct it.
