District Court of Appeal of Florida
Jennings v. Florida Elections Comm'n, 2D05-1750
An order of the Florida Elections Commission fining an individual for violating campaign finance laws while he was a city council candidate is affirmed in part and reversed in part where the Commission erred in reversing an ALJ and denying the former candidate's motion to dismiss counts based on a finding that a certain legislative amendment could not be applied to pending cases.
