An order granting class certification in a class action complaint for claims arising from defendant's contractual undertakings related to the control of subterranean termites is reversed where plaintiffs' claims did not meet the requirements for class certification under either subsection (b)(2) or subsection (b)(3) of Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.220.
