In an asbestosis case, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for defendant is reversed for a new trial where it was error for the trial court to give an instruction proposed by defendant which did not accurately state the law and may have misled the jury into believing that defendant had carried its duty to warn by merely warning a manufacturer of a joint compound.
