A final judgment of dissolution of marriage is reversed in part where: 1) although the former husband received a disability pension, the trial court treated the entire pension as a marital asset; and 2) without making specific findings, the trial court directed the former husband to pay his former wife's portion of his pension as permanent periodic alimony.
