Writ of certiorari is issued and order to have defendant involuntarily committed as a sexually violent predator is quashed where there is nothing in the Jimmy Ryce Act which authorizes the state attorney to initiate commitment proceedings in the absence of a recommendation from a multidisciplinary team that an individual is a sexually violent predator.
