A judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for defendant in a medical malpractice action is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred by: 1) admitting defendant's testimony regarding a decedent's care that allegedly constituted inadmissible hearsay; 2) denying plaintiff's request for an additional preemptory challenge; and 3) denying plaintiff's motion for mistrial following certain testimony by defendant.
