Wroy v. N. Miami Med. Ctr., Ltd, 3d05-1341

Summary judgment for defendants in a medical malpractice suit is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present any evidence that the defendants' conduct resulted in a "more likely than not" chance of recurrence of breast cancer or that plaintiff suffered any injury because of the defendants' alleged negligence.
