Lucherini v. State of Florida, 4D04-2970

A conviction for first degree murder with a firearm and armed burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery is reversed and remanded where the trial court abused its discretion in prohibiting defendant from presenting evidence of his prescription medications in support of an involuntary intoxication defense.
