District Court of Appeal of Florida

Superior Protection, Inc. v. Martinez, 2D05-2949

A judgment awarding plaintiff compensatory and punitive damages based upon claims of gender discrimination and retaliatory conduct is affirmed, plaintiff is awarded attorneys' fees on appeal since an order granting attorneys' fees in the circuit court was not a condition precedent to his obtaining an award of appellate attorneys' fees, and his motion for costs on appeal is stricken without prejudice.
