District Court of Appeal of Florida

D.L.J. v. State of Florida, 2D05-673

An order finding a juvenile guilty of carrying a concealed firearm is reversed where police did not have probable cause to conduct a pat-down search of defendant for weapons, and therefore the trial court erred when it denied defendant's motion to suppress.
