An order dismissing a minor's petition for judicial waiver of parental notification of termination of pregnancy pursuant to Florida Statutes section 390.0114 is reversed where the trial court committed clear error when it determined that she failed to meet her burden of demonstrating by clear and convincing evidence that she was sufficiently mature to decide whether to terminate her pregnancy.
