Ramos v. State, 3d05-0442

Denial of motion to correct an illegal sentence is affirmed in part and reversed in part where: 1) a fifty-year sentence is not a permissible sentence for a life felony, but may be restructured through consecutive sentences; 2) stacking of sentences was appropriate; and 3) claims of ineffective assistance of counsel cannot be raised in a 3.800(a) motion.
