Hill v. State of Florida, 5D05-62

A judgment and sentence adjudicating defendant guilty of vehicular homicide, manslaughter, and actual infliction of personal injury by culpable negligence, and an order denying her motion for new trial are affirmed over her claims that the trial court erred in overruling her objection to the comments of the prosecutor during closing argument, and in denying her motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence.
