District Court of Appeal of Florida
Hayes v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., 4D05-2526
A judgment in plaintiff's favor after a trial on her negligence complaint against a retail store is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that: 1) the trial court erred in prohibiting certain cross-examination of defense experts; and 2) the trial court erred in denying a motion for new trial because the jury-s apportionment of liability was contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.
