District Court of Appeal of Florida
Hyde v. State of Florida, 4D05-1404
A conviction and sentence for child neglect is reversed pursuant to a claim that the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion for judgment of acquittal because there was insufficient evidence that she neglected her child by willfully failing to provide care so as to result in the reasonable expectation of serious physical injury to her child.
