Denial of bail bonds company's motion for remission of a forfeiture of a bond is affirmed where the company had a duty to prevent the defendant from leaving the jurisdiction, thus the refusal of the Venezuelan president to extradite the defendant after fleeing to Venezuela did not result in impossibility of performance.
