District Court of Appeal of Florida

Order denying defendant's motion to dismiss a suit by a Panamanian corporation based on forum non conveniens is reversed where: 1) Panama is an available forum that can resolve the dispute; 2) the private interests favor dismissal; 3) Florida has no interest in adjudicating the claims of a foreign company; and 4) suing in Panama would not inconvenience plaintiff.
