Hogan v. State, 3d05-1196

Denial of motion for postconviction relief is affirmed where failure to advise a defendant regarding the possible consequences of a plea in the event that the defendant commits a crime in the future, and affirmative misadvice regarding sentence enhancement consequences of a plea, do not constitute ineffective assistance of counsel.
