District Court of Appeal of Florida

Final judgment denying plaintiff monetary damages and attorney's fees in an unfair competition action involving marine air conditioning system businesses is reversed in part where defendant's establishment of a competing business was a violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, which entitled plaintiff to an award of attorney's fees pursuant to the Act.
