In a case arising from a prior settlement agreement requiring that a bond be posted upon breach of certain conditions, a final judgment against a party arising from an order imposing sanctions against the party for failure to post a bond is reversed where the judgment exceeded the remedy that the parties bargained for in the settlement agreement.
