Brigham v. Brigham, 3d05-2403

Order prohibiting trustees from paying personal legal fees out of trust monies and ordering them to pay restitution is affirmed where court approval is required before a trustee can use trust money to pay personal attorney's fees when the trustee's individual interests conflict with trustee duties.
