Dismissal with prejudice of a complaint filed by a homeowners' association against a unit owner for failure to state a cause of action is reversed where the complaint stated a cause of action for declaratory and injunctive relief as to the association's efforts to require the owner's son to comply with association's rules with regards to alleged reckless driving on its private roads.
