A disposition order finding a juvenile guilty of resisting an officer without violence and withholding adjudication of dependency is reversed where an officer had no legal authority to demand that defendant hand over car keys, he was not engaged in the lawful execution of a legal duty, and thus, defendant was not required to comply with the demand.
