Convictions and sentences for resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia are reversed in part where the state failed to present sufficient evidence to establish defendant's constructive possession of a crack pipe and residue to support defendant's convictions and sentences on the possession charges.
