In an action concerning allegedly negligent audit work performed by defendant, orders denying defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of in personam jurisdiction and improper venue are reversed in part as to the order on venue where plaintiff was bound by its subsidiary's agreement that disputes arising out of the engagement would be litigated in the United Kingdom.
