A petition for writ of prohibition filed by the plaintiffs in a medical malpractice action regarding a motion for disqualification of a judge is granted where plaintiffs' motion was legally sufficient, they were not required to conduct an investigation relating to the impartiality of the judge, and the judge could not be deemed impartial.
